Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)
IUM offers the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) and the On-Site Doctor of Business Administration (DBA-OS) at its Taiwanese campuses.
The EMBA is a 36-credit degree completed using a modular format. It is a lockstep program that has been modified to more closely fit with participants' needs.
Classmates benefit from the wisdom and acumen each individual imparts and by exploring and applying new concepts with their peers in a dynamic learning group.
The EMBA provides opportunities for participants to realize their potential through constant comparison of individual contributions against the group touchstone, and by setting personal benchmarks within this scenario.

Doctor of Business Administration (DBA-OS)
The DBA-OS is a 36-month, 60-semester credit program of post- masters study. It leads to the conferral of the Doctor of Business Administration degree by IUM.
The DBA-OS is specifically designed for onsite students at IUM's Taiwan satellite location. It is open only to students studying at that campus.
The DBA-OS is a comprehensive, specifically-tailored, practitioner-oriented degree that offers students the opportunity to investigate and explore business disciplines at an advanced level. The program culminates in original research designed to be of functional significance to the practice of management and to assist students in their career progression.
Master’s in Project Management (MPM)
The Master’s in Project Management (MPM) is a 12-month, 36-credit (US credits) degree completed in six (6) modules.
The MPM was developed as a result of project management’s growing importance in assisting organizations to manage increasingly acute levels of change in the maelstrom that is the modern business environment.
The MPM is a professional advanced degree designed for those currently working as project managers or who wish to take on project management responsibilities. The program aims to provide a viable alternative as managers address the challenges of instituting change within their organizations.
The MPM equips participants with the theory and skills necessary to successfully manage the project-driven organization. It focuses on project planning and control, leadership methodologies, cost and risk management techniques, and project quality management.
Participants are exposed to the concepts, methodologies, and analytical techniques necessary for successful leadership of programs and projects within complex organizations, and master the tools that will enable them to complete projects on time and within budget. On graduation, they will have the skills to build and sustain a work environment that can address challenges, overcome barriers, and achieve success.
The MPM seeks to produce innovative and imaginative managers who can fill senior project and program management roles in either the public or private sector, especially as project management is now seen as a core skill for executive management.
Participants who successfully complete the MPM will display mastery of the various aspects of effective project management in order to plan and control projects, work effectively with project teams, and move forward to engage new project challenges with confidence and improved performance.
