PMAN 607: The Project Team – Human Factors, Group Dynamics, and Performance
Note: All courses carry three (3) credits unless otherwise stated.
This course introduces participants to the underlying elements of human behavior that motivate people when creating, nurturing, and sustaining an effective project environment.
Topics include teamwork, employee empowerment, continuous improvement, curbing individual and group cynicism, responsiveness to project and organizational goals, and organizational performance.
Participants learn concepts that improve their skills in developing and managing human factors; and how to be more skillful and effective in managing interpersonal conflicts and relationships, identifying success factors in human performance, and maximizing effectiveness in leading projects using human factors.
