PMAN 606: Project Quality Management

Note: All courses carry three (3) credits unless otherwise stated.

This course provides a comprehensive overview of project quality management and how it relates to project management.

The course examines basic quality concepts and the three sub-processes of quality management: quality planning, quality assurance, and quality control. It provides participants with the opportunity to develop an understanding of the philosophies and strategies of prominent quality authorities.

Participants will explore alternative courses of action for effectively implementing a quality management improvement program; and master quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality, and statistical process control.
