Course Description
PMAN 602: Business Process Analysis for Project Management
Note: All courses carry three (3) credits unless otherwise stated.
This course focuses on the ways in which the project manager acts as the link between the project solution and the business environment he or she is operating in.
Topics include analysis and documentation of project requirements, skills in business process analysis, object-oriented analysis, and structured analysis – all in the context of meetings project requirements.
The course is underpinned by the Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®).
Participants will learn to explain and implement the concepts and methods of requirements analysis and documentation, develop skills to perform requirements analysis and documentation, and apply requirements process skills through interaction with key project players.
