Course Description

MGMT X474.48: Advanced PMBOK® Applications (PMP Preparation Exam) (1.5 credits)

Note: All courses carry three (3) credits unless otherwise stated.

This course combines all core PPM courses and is designed to help students assess their needs for advanced study. In addition, the course prepares students to pass the PMP® Examination; its content is fully compliant with the latest version of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide®).

The course includes exercises, practice questions, and practice examinations to assist students in gauging their preparedness for the PMP exam; as well as practical tips on applying for and taking the exam.

Participants will review the nine knowledge areas in the PMBOK Guide® and professional re-sponsibility with a focus on understanding how to integrate detailed project management processes.
