In collaboration with AVT Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark, IUM is offering two programs in Executive Education; The Certificate for Leaders and the Advanced Diploma in Global Management. These programs an integral part of the University's worldwide education efforts and offer students an opportunity to benefit from IUM's expertise in international education and AVT’s visionary leadership in the field of executive education.
Certificate for Leaders
The Certificate for Leaders is an intensive executive leadership program designed to assist in the development of critical managerial and leadership skills. A key feature of the program is the e-learning module provided by Harvard Business School Publishing which incorporates the latest techniques in leadership and management education in a results oriented format.
The Certificate for Leaders is a practical program, which provides participants with tools and theories they can immediately use in their day to day working life in a format that balances the demands of study, work, and family obligations. The program is open enrollment and participants can enroll and participate from anywhere at any time.
The program duration is three months (part-time) and is divided in three parts which incorporate the e-learning modules from Harvard Business School Publishing in an interactive education format with case-studies and video lectures using the finest faculty from Harvard Business School.
Program Structure
Part 1: E-Learning Modules (5 weeks / 30 hours).
Part 2: Faculty Video Lectures (3 weeks / 15 hours).
Part 3: Project (5 weeks / 30 hours).
Advanced Diploma in Global Management
The Advanced Diploma in Global Management has been designed for advanced level executive managers by IUM and AVT Business School. The program is offered in an intensive executive format which meets in Monaco for six modules of two days duration covering six key areas of Global Management and culminating with the Global Management Project.
The program has been planned and organized to incorporate educational materials, and the tools and services provided by Harvard Business School Publishing. The objectives of the program are to strengthen the theoretical knowledge base of business managers using interactive case studies, practice activities, and high level expert feedback from the world class faculty. Participants are carefully chosen for what they can bring to the program and to classroom discussions.
